FEE SHEDULE

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS & PSYCHOANALYSIS

The fee for one 45 minute individual session ranges from $175.00 to $200.00, depending upon  your situation.

Psychoanalysis with Dr. Player requires two or more regularly scheduled sessions per week.

COUPLE SESSIONS & RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING

The fee for one 60 minute couple session ranges from $200.00 to $250.00, depending upon your situation.

GROUP SESSIONS

The fee for a 90 minute group session is $125.00.

REDUCED FEES

The fee schedule stated above refers to charges for a single session, scheduled weekly, in any of the therapeutic formats (individual, couple, group). With two or more weekly sessions in any format or combination of formats, and, if your financial situation requires, session fees may be adjusted. For those who would feel more comfortable with a considerably lower fee, Dr. Player will refer you to a well trained colleague whose fees may better fit your budget.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

PPO REIMBURSEMENT - Yes

With a PPO insurance policy you should receive partial reimbursement for fees paid to Dr. Player. You would pay Dr. Player's fees directly and in full at the time of treatment. You could then file for reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

HMO REIMBURSEMENT - No

Dr. Player does not work with managed care. He is not on any HMO panel. Therefore, therapy with him would not be reimbursed by any HMO policy.

MEDICARE & MEDICAID - No

Dr. Player does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid.
